Every category pays the same UGX 20,000 entry. Annual subscription varies by role. All members vote and qualify for the 3× loan ceiling on their savings.
Tractor Owner
Big or small fleet — one tractor or twenty. Coordinate hire through the SACCO. Earn brokerage commission on every coordinated booking.
Tractor Operator
Trained, union-registered operators. Get steady dispatch work, refresher training, and a roster slot in your sub-region.
Tractor Mechanic
Mobile call-out, workshop work, and access to bulk-spares discounts. Mechanic toolkit refresher each year.
Hiring Agent
Pays for a tractor block per day (8 am–5 pm) and resells the hours to farmers. Net of fuel, operator pay, repair and SACCO fees.
Booking Agent
Collects tractor requests from farmer groups, plans deployment by hectare and timeframe. Paid a 10% commission on aggregated jobs.
Farmer / Smallholder
Affordable tillage, post-harvest handling, fair credit. Plug into the 41-group farmer-linkage network.
Corporate Member
Farmer groups, cooperatives, NGOs and institutions. One member representative at the AGM with group-level voting.
